logic puzzle - noisy neighbors

While DVD is sure great in the audio department, there is one unfortunate side effect to all that high-decibel power: noisy neighbors and nosey neighbors.

This problem is especially acute for apartment dwellers, as those at the latest meeting of the Paperthin Plaza Place found out. Seems everyone had complaints about the racket the neighbors were creating with their new DVD players, and something had to give.

The Challenge
Before something can be done to help alleviate the sonic dilemma facing the Paperthin Plaza, who is making the racket and how must be discerned.

Each of the Nine tenants in the building (Barney, Bill Hunt, Monica Lewinsky, Keiko The Whale, Chelsea Clinton, Po from the Teletubbles, Warren Lieberfarb, Jerry Falwell and Richard Sharp) was the subject of at least one fellow tenant's complaint, and each tenant was watching one DVD (Singin' In The Rain, Batman, Naughty Housewives, 1941, Free Willy, Armageddon, The Parent Trap, South Park and Smokey & The Bandit). There are three floors in the building, each consisting of three apartments lettered (from west to east) A, B and C.

So, from the following clues, can you determine which tenant lived in which apartment, and what DVD they were watching disturbed the neighbors? When you're finished, check your answer here.

The Clues

Bill Hunt complained about being kept awake by his upstairs' neighbor's late nite South Park-a-thon
Monica Lewinsky's anger was directed toward her only two neighbors, the tenant with the blaring Armageddon soundtrack to one side and the owner of the Parent Trap DVD downstairs.
Richard Sharp, stuck in the bathroom with a bad case of gas, had to put up with his downstairs neighbor's moaning self-pleasure along to the Naughty Housewives DVD, as well as the racket form Jerry Falwell, Richard's neighbor to the east.
Poor Chelsea could no longer take the constant thump of the Smokey & The Bandit soundtrack above her and Barney's noise to one side.
Keiko was sandwiched between a Batman fan on one side and the Free Willy freak on the other (who Keiko was worried may be his stalker).
Mr. Lieberfarb had lost patience with his upstairs neighbor's constant blowing up of firecrackers to the tune of the 1941 soundtrack, and with another neighbor's tap dancing along to the Singin' In The Rain tunes.
The Free Willy fanatic and possible Keiko stalker's apartment was closer to the west end of the building than Bill Hunt's (though not necessarily on the same floor).
