My Works of Sub-Literature

Everyone thinks that could be a great author, if they'd only manage to get some free time to sit down and really put some effort into writing. Of course, great writing is generally not the product of someone's free time. On this point, I am no different, and here is proof.

  • The Princess and the River- (6/00) This is a fairy tale I wrote, entirly spwaned from a single sentence in Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle."

  • How I Found Jones Soda- (7/99) this is actually almost a true story, and an adventure that you can live out, too. Read the story, then check out http://www.jonessoda.com. really; it's cool.

  • A Camping Trip- (10/98) All the stories I write seem to be email messages to friends. Anyway, this one was in response to a message my friend Jen sent me, telling me that I give great hugs (thanks, Jen).

  • The Blue Car- (2/98) A story I wrote for a friend of mine. Keep in mind that I was reading a lot of Kafka at the time.

  • Me On Christianity and Aliens- (10/97) This is my theory on the connection between Christianity and an alien plot to subtly take over the earth.

  • The Dentist Story- (4/97) A story written for Jenna, in an email message.

  • The Story of Jimmy- (6/97) Another story for Jenna, because she wouldn't shut up.
